The company said the financing will be used to finance its 120 MW Zephyr I wind farm in Romania, 200MW Caney River in the US and 90MW Cristal in Brazil.
The construction of the three plants is estimated at €670m.
Citigroup was the agent and arranger for the 12-year financing agreement, guaranteed by Enel Green Power.
In December 2011, Enel Green Power’s US subsidiary Enel Green Power North America signed a $340m tax equity partnership for the Caney River wind farm in Kansas and the Rocky Ridge wind farm in Oklahoma.
