Located in the region of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec (Oaxaca), the farm will produce 250 million kWh of energy per annum.

The term of the loan will last 10-years and is backed by a parent company guarantee from Enel Green Power.

The wind farm is designed and constructed by Spanish developer Gamesa and helps reduce carbon emissions by 150,000t per annum.

Enel currently has a total renewable power installed capacity of 901MW across the Latin American region with 144MW installed in the Mexican wind industry.
