The wind power plant is comprised of six units 2MW turbine for a total installed capacity of 12MW.
The new wind plant will generate approximately 32 million kWh, enough to meet the needs of around 12 thousand households as well as avoiding the emission of around 24 thousand metric tons of CO2 per year.
Enel Green Power claimed the company’s total installed capacity in Portugal now exceeds 191MW, of which155 MW are generated from wind.
