The slated output of the newly-opened farms is more than 155GWh pa and will cut CO2 equivalent emissions by more than 65,000 tonnes. Endesa has announced its plans to install 498MW of capacity in the Valencia region over the next two years, investing more than E500 million.
These wind farms, in addition to the Mazorral, Cerro Rajola, Casillas I & II and Alto Palancia III plants, are part of a 203MW area known as ‘Zone 6’ in the Valencian government’s wind energy plan.
