Under the contract, JC Higgins will supervise the complete installation of the HVAC mechanical systems in the portion of a facility being renovated in which Sanofi-aventis is a tenant.
JC Higgins will install all HVAC mechanical systems, including hot and chilled water, steam and condensate, supply/exhaust/return air, lab/hood exhaust, steam humidification and all refrigeration systems.
The company’s installations also include heating and chilled water back-up systems, due to the critical nature of the facility, as well as an energy recovery air-handling unit.
