The company has upgraded the V200 and V210 range of volumetric water meters with integrated electronic registers, incorporating advanced data features and two-way radio communication.
Elster combines its new flow measurement technology with smart metering functionality, to produce a hybrid solution that enables utilities to focus more effectively on water resource management and consumer engagement, the company said.
The V200 and V210 hybrid meters are easy to install and commission, and are fully water proof.
The company said the residential smart water meters incorporate installation options to support improved communication range even in the harshest of environments.
