Over the last year, Element Power built a North American portfolio of nearly 4GW of wind and solar assets, covering more than 25 states in the US. In addition, the company has a portfolio of operating and development-stage wind and solar assets located across Europe and South America.
The acquisition of the recent projects is expected to augment Element Power’s greenfield development efforts.
