Electric Car Company has secured a contract from a transportation provider BTV Transportation and Solutions, to build all electric Nissan Leaf limousine.
Imperial Coach Builders, a custom manufacturing subsidiary of Electric Car Company, will convert the Nissan Leaf into a limousine.
As per the conversion plan, the vehicle will be stretched about 48 inches and the seating capacity of the rear passenger compartment will be doubled.
Electric Car Company president Gary Spaniak said this will be the first conversion of this revolutionary vehicle and the first pure electric limousine.
