The appointments make a complete board alongside Tony Cocker, CEO and Jonas Abrahamsson, chief financial officer.
From the beginning of 2008, the company will combine all of its European trading operations to create a new European energy trading business called E.ON Energy Trading. The new business will be based in Dusseldorf and brings together all of the company’s current trading operations including power, gas, coal and oil, creating one strategically focused business.
