Dutch company Royal Econosto NV has merged its UK-based business operations of Hofland Deltaflex and Econosto Valves under the name of Econosto.
The newly-created company, in the flow control and sealing technology industry, will fall under control of managing director Tony Seall (pictured above). Seall is quick to point out that the merger has been carried out to maximise efficiency and resources.
Developing, manufacturing and supplying a wide range of gasket and sealing materials, valves, actuator and instrumentation for use in the hydro industry, Econosto has facilities throughout the UK, including Aberdeen, Sheffield, Sudbury and Suffolk.
