The company said that the deployment of its DemandSMART demand response application will help Duquesne reduce peak demand for electricity at commercial, institutional and industrial customer sites.
Duquesne Light Co manager of customer programs Dave Defide said working with EnerNOC on demand response will help Duquesne’s customers keep peak demand in check.
"The program provides incentives and technology that encourage more efficient energy use throughout the year," Defide said.
