Shell’s investments in Singapore include an integrated refinery and petrochemical project comprising a new ethylene cracker on Bukom Island, a mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) plant on Jurong Island and enhancements to the existing Bukom refinery. The refinery has a capacity of 500,000 barrels per day.
As part of the five-year service contract, Dresser Masoneilan and OSA Valve Services will provide control valve servicing; smart diagnostics for all pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and digital positioners; and valve database management at all Shell plants in Singapore.

“Working together with our partners, in this case OSA Valve Services, we developed a service solution offering for Shell that is best-suited to their business requirements.”
