Deventa Land had purchased the assets at the Alberta Crown land sale.
On 19 September 2012, Donnycreek Energy entered into a initial purchase and sale agreement with Deventa Land to 93 total net sections of Montney lands.
Once the acquisitions are complete on or about 15 October 2012, Donnycreek Energy will own working interests in approximately 188.5 gross (127 net) sections.
Canada based Donnycreek Energy is focused on horizontal, multi-stage frac development in the Deep Basin area.
