DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority) has officially launched the invitation to participate in the selection of a development partner for its planned 800 MW solar PV independent power plant.
DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority) has officially launched the invitation to participate in the selection of a development partner for its planned 800 MW solar PV independent power plant.
The new Solar PV Power Project will be located within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Moktoum Solar Park, about 50 km south of the city of Dubai. It will be commissioned in phases starting 2018, and DEWA will purchase the power under a long term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
