The contracts are in accordance with the directives of UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to ensure the highest standards of excellence.
DEWA Power Distribution EVP Rashid Humaidan said the agreements will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the organization’s services and maximize customer satisfaction.
”They will also enable us to complete field works and new connections easily and efficiently,” Humaidan added.
”This will help us to enhance our ranking globally and achieve first place.”
In addition, the agreements helps DEWA to strengthen the electricity infrastructure of Dubai.
Apart from implementing the ‘One Window’ system to strengthen ease of access to electricity and reduce the number of procedures for consultants and contractors, DEWA also conducts customer satisfaction surveys to further improve its services.
