Additionally, Declan is planning for its Nimini Hills property’s next phase of exploration in Sierra Leone while the company staff are reviewing acquisition of possible additional property for the uranium exploration in Saskatchewan.
The next phase of exploration on the Nimini Hills property is due to commence in October 2013.
Declan has also appointed Lesia Burianyk chief financial officer of the company and succeed John Parker effective from 05 September 2013.
Earlier, Burianyk served as an audit manager at a Canadian accounting firm in the mining industry and has significant experience with financial reporting requirements and providing corporate services.
The Patterson Lake Northeast property procurement and the appointment of Burianyk are subjected to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
