The staff of DCG has many years of previous experience sustaining DCG Systems’ products.
The newly formed subsidiary will also partner with SUN-S Co., Ltd., which functions the IC Validation Service (ICVS) using DCG Systems’ Meridian emission analysis tool, and a circuit edit service using DCG P2X/P3X Focused Ion Beam systems.

The history of our service extends back more than 20 years since the former Schlumberger ATE Diagnostic Systems group introduced the first Electron-beam prober to the Japanese market, said Toru Toda, President of DCG K.K. With such a long history, it is important for us to maintain a close support relationship with our Japanese customers, particularly during the current economic challenges, so that they can be ready to introduce new devices when the situation improves.
