Pacificorp's new licences for its Lewis river dams may require the power company to notify residents of any flood danger and revise its operating procedures.

After months of negotiations with federal, state and local government agencies, along with interested citizen groups, PacifiCorp is making tentative agreements about issues such as flood management, recreation and day-use fees.

The agreements will go to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission who will make final decisions about PacifiCorp’s relicensing requirements.
