Cube Hydro Carolinas, LLC, an affiliate of Cube Hydro Partners, LLC, has officially closed its deal with Alcoa Corporation to take ownership of four hydroelectric power plants with a total capacity of 215MW located along the Yadkin River in North Carolina.

With the addition of the four plants – High Rock, Tuckertown, Narrows and Falls – Cube Hydro Partners now operates 19 plants on 10 rivers in New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina, with a combined capacity of more than 373MW.
