Available in sample quantities now, and in production quantities with standard lead times, the outdoor white XLamp XP-E LED deliver up to 122 lumens at 350 mA, at 4500 K, Cree said.
Paul Thieken, director of marketing, LED components, Cree, said: “Outdoor lighting manufacturers can now offer either a cool white or a neutral white color point without trade-offs in lumen output or LED efficacy. And since it’s part of the XLamp XP-E family, changing existing XP-E system designs to high-efficiency outdoor white can be simple.”
Cree’s IES LM-80 lumen maintenance test data for the XLamp XP-E LED has been accepted by Energy Star. Cree’s lighting-class XLamp XP LEDs are also UL-recognized, conforming to ANSI/UL 8750, safety standard for light emitting diode equipment for use in lighting products.
Cree is a provider of lighting-class LEDs, LED lighting, and semiconductor solutions for wireless and power applications.
