Convergys, a relationship management provider, has announced the worldwide availability of its Smart CIS Solutions, next generation billing and customer care solutions for the utility and energy markets.
The new Convergys solutions feature complete end-to-end CIS functionality including customer management, revenue management, collections, inventory, work force management, and campaign management, available as stand alone modules or as a single fully-integrated solutions.
It also features patented, flexible architecture enabling rapid configuration of new applications; a phased reference architecture for advanced metering infrastructure and smart meter deployments; real-time, two-way, scalable, rate calculation; multichannel customer relationship management; and real-time business intelligence.
Convergys claimed that the Smart CIS Solutions will minimize the technology and investment risk, can be deployed quickly, will provide faster breakeven on return on investment, enabling a more effective and efficient relationship with both consumer and business customers.
