The company purchased OEMC for $22.5m, plus working capital, and the acquisition expands its business and residential customer base in seven US states such as Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Nebraska, Wyoming and Illinois.
Constellation Energy head of retail business Mark Huston said the company now broadens the natural gas services it can offer in the mid-continent region.
