Revenues were $71.4 billion for the second quarter of 2008, compared to $47.4 billion for the same period of 2007.

For the first six months of 2008, net income was $9.58 billion, or $6.11 per diluted share, compared to $3.84 billion, or $2.31 per share for the same period of 2007. Revenues were $126.3 billion for the first six months of 2008, compared to $88.7 billion for the same period of 2007.

Jim Mulva, chairman and CEO of ConocoPhillips, said: During the second quarter, we produced 2.2 million barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) per day, including an estimated 0.4 million BOE per day from our Lukoil Investment segment. In the downstream business, our worldwide refining crude oil capacity utilization rate improved to 93%.
