The portfolio, which has a potential build value of about £200m, was acquired by Conergy subsidiary Wirsol Solar UK and covers schemes at several stages of development.
Conergy global chief operating officer Alexander Gorski said, "Lumicity has a strong record in the development of renewable energy projects, and the deal supports both Conergy’s power plants strategy and the expansion of its international pipeline."
Lumicity chief executive Tristan Fischer said, "Partnering with Conergy is great news for Lumicity’s customers and will ensure the projects will be built quickly and to the highest standards."
Conergy has also revealed that construction is due to commence on a 21MW solar plant in Bristol.
Conergy UK & Ireland will construct the facility in the suburbs of the city and is due for connection in November 2014.
After completion, the plant will deliver enough clean solar energy to power 3,750 local households annually over the course of its 25-year lifetime.
The facility will bring Conergy’s capacity additions built or under construction in the UK to 126MW for the year to date.
