Under the terms of this agreement, CNPV will supply Enel Green Power with a total of 8MWp of high performance PV modules from June to September 2010 at fixed prices with an option to purchase additional volumes during this year and coming years.
Zhang Shunfu, CEO of CNPV and Veerraju Chaudary, COO, CTO and member of the board of CNPV, jointly said: “This agreement with Enel is in-line with our strategy to establish mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with companies that are well positioned to service the growing demand for solar energy.”
CNPV, through its wholly-owned subsidiary CNPV Dongying Photovoltaic Power, manufactures solar PV products from the production of ingots, wafers and cells to the assembly of PV modules.
