The agreement includes 10MWp of scheduled delivery during 2010. The remaining 20MWp and 30MWp are scheduled for delivery in 2011 and 2012 respectively. However the price will be reviewed mutually on a quarterly basis if the market price falls or rises with reference to the fixed prices.
The company said that the new partnership will further strengthen the existing partnership. The new contract will help to grow new projects in markets such as the Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg solar markets.
