The Jinhai Pulp and Paper facility primarily produces eucalyptus pulp. The 37MW project has commenced early production, with a final construction phase underway, the company said.
When completed, the solar panel arrays are expected to generate around 48 million KWh of clean electricity annually.
Commenting on the development, Clenergy vice president Andy Ye said that the company is pleased to be a part of the solar project.
"Beyond our products and excellent service, Clenergy’s reputation and track record on similar projects in China helped us to win the contract," added Ye.
Clenergy noted that its SolarRoof series features easy and efficient installation, while the patented rail, Z-module and splice kits eliminate the need for onsite cutting and welding.
In addition, the company has supplied its PV-ezRack SolarTerrace III mounting systems for a 100KW project in Vietnam.
