The solar project will include two plants which will have a combined generating capacity of about 2.94MW.
This project under the California Renewable Energy Small Tariff Program (CREST program) will cost approximately $10m and cover about 14.4 acres.
The CREST program was designed by the California Public Utilities Commission in concert with major investor owned utilities to allow for smaller power producers to be competitive in the process of providing renewable energy within the state.
