Financial services provider Citibank Malaysia has unveiled plans to enhance its presence in the country by establishing an extra five payment locations at selected Shell stations in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor.
<p>The new locations, alongside the launch of four new branches, will increase Citibank's payment network from three to 12 locations. They will offer house check-up boxes for Citibank credit card customers to make payments. <br /><br />The five new payment locations is part of our on-going initiative to increase Citibank's network in Malaysia in order to be more physically accessible to our customers, and provide them with better service and improved payment convenience, said Vipin Agrawal, cards business director at Citibank Malaysia. <br /><br />To ensure payment convenience, the selected Shell stations will be easily accessible as they are strategically located along major roads and have large car parks.</p>
