Chip Berthelot has launched Azure Midstream Company, a new natural gas gathering and processing firm based in Houston, US.
The newly formed company will work with producers to gather and process natural gas for their customers throughout North America.
Commenting on the launch, Azure Midstream president Chip Berthelot said the company will provide clean forms of energy to the customers.
"Azure Midstream believes in working with clean, natural gas to produce efficient and environmentally-friendly energy for homes and businesses across the United States," Berthelot added.
"Building a company that does a better job of utilizing the clean energy with which we are blessed, while earning a living for our families is what we are all about."
So far Berthelot has developed many projects, including Laser Northeast – the first gathering system to traverse Pennsylvania and New York State in the Marcellus Shale region.
