As per the terms of the agreement, China Oriental Numerical Control will provide numerical control products and related technology for the project while China Innovation will supply electrical storage technology and products and China Trends will be responsible for project operation and marketing.
The three parties will work in close cooperation on new energy numerical control system and have agreed on the application of numerical control system in solar EV at the elementary phrase.
China Trends and China Innovation expect to leverage technical and resource support from CNIGC, through the cooperation with CNIGC subsidiary, for the development of the project.
The project has a target of producing 1,000,000 solar EVs. The three parties will also form a joint working team based on technology, product integration and operation model to reach an exclusive partnership arrangement.
