Carl Yeung and Lawrence Leighton will serve as chairman of the audit and compensation committees, respectively. Donald Dong will serve as a member of the committees.
These appointments bring the company’s board of directors to five members, including Qinan Ji, CEO and chairman of the Board and Zhiqiang Wang, vice chairman of the board. Mr Yueng and Mr Leighton will be independent board members.
