“We are pleased to announce the completion of the Jiangyin plant,” said Tai-ming Ou, China Clean Energy’s chairman and CEO. “Once fully operational, we expect to ramp-up the new plant to full capacity within six to twelve months which, we hope, will contribute to profitable growth in 2010 as market fully recovers.”
