As per the terms of the supply agreement, China BAK will supply 10,000 units of UPS to Sanke by the end of this year.

China BAK said that UPS is a compact and portable solution powered by its high-power lithium cells that offers a better alternative to more traditional, heavy lead-acid battery and plug-in powered models.

China BAK CEO Xiangqian Li said that the supply agreement with Sanke reflects the growing acceptance of its lithium phosphate energy storage solutions, which offer better reliability, flexibility and immediate delivery.

“The most common type of battery used in UPS is sealed lead-acid, however, our lithium batteries are small, lightweight and more friendly to the environment,” Li said.
