Nordpool is the second oldest energy exchange market in Europe, with the British Power Pool being dubbed the pioneer. At present, the Scandinavian exchange has around 350 members and, in addition to the central exchange in Norway, has subsidiaries in Finland, Denmark and Sweden.

For CEZ, Nordpool is another trade platform, where we can sell and buy electricity according to our needs and the balance of our own resources.
