The transaction will be settled within next few days. Currently CEZ owns the majority share representing 57.1 % in Severoceska Energetika. The purchase of the 39.04% stake will increase its share in the company to 96.14%.
The company said in a statement to the press that it would now fulfill the prerequisites for claiming the right of purchase of participant stocks of Severoceska Energetika, enabling it to fully purchase the firm.
