CEZ Romania, a member of the CEZ Group, has acquired a 100% stake in TMK Hydroenergy Power SRL, owner of four small hydro projects in Romania.
The projects – Crainicel I, Crainicel II, Grebla and Breazova – have a combined power output of 18MW.
Financial details on the transaction have not been disclosed.
