The company is holding an open season for the pipeline to secure long-term commitments from producers and potential shippers.
The new pipeline system will collect crude oil from gathering points situated in North Dakota’ counties Dunn and McKenzie and from there deliver the oil to interconnections with interstate markets.
Producers and potential shippers will have to commit for at least 1,000 barrels per day of crude oil gathering and transportation service via the new pipeline system.
Interested parties should bind the offer for service by 5 pm on 29 March 2013.
