The concession is located in the Somsanouk Village, Sanakham District, Vientiane Province.
The companies will sign a definitive agreement pursuant to which, Catalyst Resource can acquire an 80% interest in a gold concession known as the San 8 and San 60 areas for $500,000.
Catalyst Resource will provide a minimum of $2m for additional exploratory activities within the next two years.
Laos Minerals Mining in addition it is entitled to a mining execution fee of $3m which will be paid from the initial extraction and sale of the minerals from the concession.
Both companies are planning to sign the definitive agreement by 15 March 2012
