Casey's General Stores, the US-based convenience store and gas station operators, has named Robert Myers as its new CEO.
Mr Myers, 59, has worked for Casey’s since 1989 and has served as president and COO since 2004. He replaces Ronald Lamb, who has headed the company since 1996 and who will remain as chairman.
Iowa-based Casey’s owns and operates over 1,390 convenience stores in nine Midwestern states: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The stores supply self-service gasoline and groceries.
