Under this agreement, which extends through May 2011, Carrier China will supply energy efficient equipments, including up to 200 Evergreen 19XR centrifugal chillers and 100 Aquaforce 30XW screw chillers, all of which will employ the non-ozone depleting refrigerant HFC-134a.
Carrier’s 30XW chillers have been designed to meet grades one and two under China’s National Energy Efficiency Standard. The company will configure the combination of centrifugal and screw chillers to offer energy efficient operations under varying load conditions for Dalian’s real estate projects.
Carrier Asia president Ross Shuster said that Carrier continues to be focused on product quality and leadership in energy efficient solutions for the buildings industry.
