Under the terms of the agreement, Carmanah will sell the Carmanah-Semex product lines, including EG-series and EverGEN solar outdoor lighting products, with localized sales representatives and marketing activities centered in Mexico City.

BLM is engaged in high specification lighting projects for public and private entities in Mexico which have included general area and street lighting for industrial and commercial developments and infrastructure improvement projects.
