Canadian Spirit Resources has appointed Donald Gardner as its CEO. Mr Gardner has been CFO and secretary of the corporation since January 2003 and will continue in this role for an interim period.
The company said that Phillip Geiger, president and COO of the corporation, will continue to focus on achieving the key operating objectives of productivity, cash flow and reserves at Farrell Creek, British Columbia, Canada.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Gardner said: The effective funding for the development of the company’s Farrell Creek property together with improved shareholder communication are two of our principal goals. The 1.8 trillion cubic feet of discovered resource in the Gething and Moosebar Formations as well as the potential resource in deeper formations represent a tremendous opportunity for the company and its shareholders. All exploration and development options will be considered.
