Under the deal, Canadian International Minerals will pay $3,239 staking costs and issue 600,000 common shares to the vendors.

Located around 140km east of La Ronge in Saskatchewan, the Pikoo Extension properties cover regional fault structure, Tabbernor Fault, in the Saskatchewan Craton. The three claim groups comprise eight claims totaling 4,207 hectares.

The Pikoo Extension A group adjoins North Arrow Minerals’ Pikoo property to the northeast, while Pikoo Extension B and C are located around 7km northeast of North Arrow’s Pikoo’s northern boundary.

The acquisition provides Canadian International Minerals with approximately 114,938 hectares of prospective ground in the Pikoo Diamond Camp.
