The Greenfield facility, a 50-50 joint venture between the two companies, is a combined-cycle power generation plant that is designed to meet the demand for electricity in Ontario.
Located in Courtright, near Sarnia, Ontario, the power plant is fueled by clean natural gas and utilizes combined-cycle technology.

The Greenfield facility is operated under a power supply agreement of 20-years with the Ontario Power Authority.
