The company will develop an integrated project controls plan and associated project instructions to support the project goals established by TVA.
TVA recently approved limited funding for engineering design, establishing contracts for long lead equipment procurement, asset preservation and site preparation for the Unit 1 reactor at the Bellefonte facility.
If construction is approved by the TVA board of directors, Unit 1 is expected to be completed by 2020.
