As per the agreement, Britannia will deliver resource potential to its new associate shareholders through its existing projects and it also expects to acquire a balanced portfolio of mineral prospects as near term income generating assets.
Britannia Mining CEO Kenneth Roberts said that partnering with a public company will allow them to leverage the growth, assets, revenues and investment interest that they demonstrate.
"Not only are we expected to begin our work at Nthale Hill before originally anticipated, we will also be exploring our newly acquired Gold Claims in the Yukon," added Roberts.
The company is keen to finalize the merger by December 21st, 2012, while creating added value for both current and new investors/shareholders.
