Located adjacent to the south of Fission Uranium’s Patterson Lake South (PLS) project, Clearwater West project includes three contiguous claims totaling 11,835h in the south-west area of Canada’s Athabasca Basin.

Under the terms of the agreement, Brades can acquire up to a 50% interest in Clearwater West by incurring $5m of staged exploration expenditures on or before 14 October 2016.

Fission 3 chairman and CEO Dev Randhawa said Fission 3 will work with Brades to explore the highly attractive prospective property.

"With two major discoveries in three years in the Athabasca Basin, Fission 3’s technical team has a strong track record of success in the region," Randhawa added.

The Clearwater West project, which is an early stage exploration project prospective for hosting high-grade uranium mineralization, covers airborne EM anomalies which could be the EM conductors extensions identified on the PLS property immediately to the north, the company said.
