The companies will provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the two facilities which will be located in Jingbian City and Yulin City.
The new facilities feature Black & Veatch’s patented PRICO process which is a single-mixed refrigerant loop for natural gas liquefaction.
Shaanxi Jingbian Xingyuan Industry will own the Jingbian Xingyuan LNG project, and on completion the facility will have a 1.5 million nominal cubic meters per day capacity.
The Yulin Yuanheng LNG peak shaving project is located in Ma Huangliang Industrial Park in Yulin City.
On completion, the facility will also have a 1 million nominal cubic meter per day capacity.
The two facilities will provide natural gas for peak shaving and vehicle fuel in the region.
