TPL will construct storage tanks and associated infrastructure on the property leased near BKEP’s Oklahoma facility.
The facility will blend and store about one million barrels of crude oil received by truck and pipeline.
Both the firms will cooperate on the design and construction of the facility and BKEP will provide operational services to TLP under a long-term operating agreement.
BKEP will also provide connectivity between the TLP facility and the Cushing market through BKEP’s existing facility and infrastructure.
